Last Saturday (May 17, 2014), Ababu Persian Kitchen had its second garage sale of the month. Lots of online sellers were there to be part of this fashion bazaar. Aside from brand new and preloved clothes, there were also cosmetics, gadget essentials, swimsuits and accessories for sale that any girl would certainly love. I was definitely one of those girls who would giggle every time she sees something she likes. As much as I sold a lot of stuff, I wasn't able to resist buying from other shops either so yeah... Haha! No regrets though. It's like swapping your old stuff so you could get new stuff which are also other people's old stuff that were mostly never used at all, hence the title of this blog post.

Here are my top 3 purchases from the bazaar. The white cotton top was too pretty to not buy so I bought it from the bubbly Ysa Simbulan, one of the friendliest sellers there. Oh, she sells these chocolates that you'll surely love which you'll know more about later as you read on. I got this red peplum skirt from Baro't Saya. Peplum skirts for parties! I mean, they're a must-have for party goers like me especially now that it's still summer. And of course, how could I resist again? This 3-way bikini from The Beach Project is a perfect find! Summer's not over yet and we could all still hit the beach or the pool! A neon color plus a dark shade like this bikini is my pick. I honestly did have a hard time choosing from their stack of swimsuits though! You'll get lost in picking one from all those lovely colors and prints.

Right this way!

Say hello to my little stall! Sold lots of preloved pieces on that day. Thank you, ladies!
(P.S. Don't mind the paper sign! Dinali-dali purposes!)

All these for sale at the lowest prices at my booth! Original Lacoste shirts are still available by the way!

Beside me was Baro't Saya, one of my online shop faves from the city! Monopods, lazypods, clip lenses, and lots of chic clothes for everyone to love!

@liptalks was there too! And oh, the seller is very pretty as you can see. Just saying BTW! Follow them on Instagram for beauty buys such as EOS lipbalms, makeup brushes, NYX matte lippies and more. Just click on their name for the link!

The most classy bags and Etude house cosmetics are up at @misskattyshop's booth too! Those baby's stuff I've been checking out at her store were sooo adorable!

Ms. Bling Alcantar's stuff were being displayed there also. She's such a girly girl! And by the way, she's the head of this successful garage sale. Credits to her! Yay!  Check out @garagesalebazaar for updates on the next one!

It was a good fashion haul day for all of us! It's a good thing that the yard sale was held at Ababu Persian Kitchen because their food and drinks plus good service were just enough to satisfy us despite the summer heat. Aaaah, finally! My favorite Cookies and Cream Milkshake was available at that same day, so I was all smiles. Hahaha!

But wait, there's more...

During the bazaar, I was also grateful to have made new friends! I guess that was the best part about the event. I was able to learn a lot from different people too. We were able to talk a lot about different things since the sale started from 10am-7pm. As sellers, we were also able to help each other through advertising each other's products to friends and random people. Jyrill, Harold, Jymel (Jyrill's younger sister) and Ysa were such a lively bunch that I never got bored the whole time of staying there. And of course, my boyfriend, Ton Bollozos, was always there to assist us the entire time! Thank you so much, Love!

Ysa's pile of white lace tops and boho dresses was such a guilty pleasure! Spell white. C-L-A-S-S-Y!

Now this is what I was talking about! Homemade Salted Milk Chocolates by Ysa Simbulan

Try something new this summer by buying these salty kind of sweet chocolates! It's also available at Chingkeetea for only Php40 per bar. I got really curious of how it would taste but when I finally got to, boy, it sure is delicious! I cannot explain any further, you just have to try it for yourselves! For orders, you may contact Ysa at 09176020439.

Meet the super friendly sellers of The Beach Project! And you can ask them for advice if you're having a hard time picking from their lovely designs of swimsuits! Look at how busy their stall is during the bazaar.
