So, this is the outfit I grabbed from my closet for a Sunday. I usually wake up late on Sundays so I try to pick something fast from my pile of clothes since Sunday is always family day and I don't want to be late for family activities like mass and us-time.

Every single time I wear a maxi skirt, I instantly feel boho. Weird. I don't know why but it just give this hippie feeling when you wear it. Hahaha! Yes nalang! For today, I chose a neutral color because bold colors all over for mass are not really my thing. The photos are taken so spotaneously and excuse the quality, still a newbie on blogging. Hihi. I just love to express my passion for style!

My friends have been calling me Goldilocks/Blondina now. Arrrgh!

I recently just traded my dark locks for a blonde color, if you haven't noticed. I was actually aiming for the ash blonde shade. Anyways, it's a long story though. I should be able to change it in a week or two. I got lots of friends and most especially my Mom shocked when they saw how it turned out. As of now, I still can't do anything about it but flaunt it. Hahaha! I mean, so what? I've always been the reckless one. You've got to take risks every once in a while.

Ooh, look who greeted me when I came in!

Fat tummy don't care

Don't forget to wear a bandeau under that sheer top! Hihi.

I chose a red and white animal-printed (sort of) sheer top to pair with my maxi skirt. It somehow adds color to the whole look. I love the fact that my blonde locks can brighten up any outfit I wear too. I guess every shade has its perks! I tied a knot so that it could also add an extra amount of sophistication to the look. Other than that, I took my big brown shoulder bag and bohemian sandals with me. And of course, I play  a lot with eye makeup every now and then. I'm not a big fan of blushies or cheek makeups, I do prefer those eye palettes with neutral shades and those with smokey eye effects.

Makeup by Yours Truly

I figured that you actually don't need that much makeup to really brighten up your face. My personal preference for an instant makeover is to play with your eyes. Not literally speaking, the eyes are the nipples of your face. Hahaha! I heard that somewhere from a chick flick or something, but it is actually proven true. Bring out those beautiful eyes using eyeliner or eyeshadow. As for my eyes, I experimented with light violet, blue and gray. I'm thinking about making a makeup tutorial post soon which I also learned from Youtube which I've also been wanting to share here.

Anyways, to finish the whole look, I used black eyeliner to outline the sides and to create a doll effect on my eyes, making them bigger and more expressive. I also used eyebrow pencil since I have weird eyebrows, obviously. I'm using Revlon ColorStay in 11 Lustry Smoke for my eyeshadow and Nichido Liquid Eyeliner for what I did here. You can buy it at any Watson's branch in the malls. I guess that's it for now.
