My excitement to get here was intense. Not only was I excited to see the beauty of this Asian country but I'm thrilled as it is also my first international travel with my boyfriend, Ton. *giggles*

When was the last time you took the chance to pamper yourself? When was the last time you promised yourself to have that long overdue facial or that much-needed foot massage? Let's face it, there are plenty of times we vowed to REALLY take care of our skin but we didn't really have the time to do so for quite a long time now. If not now, then when?

GROWING UP WITH A STRICT DAD

During my 24 years of existence, I have grown up with strict parents. But between the both of them, I've got a stricter father. There are these eternal struggles of a kid raised by strict parents that not everyone would understand. My father is Alexis Salvacion Quina. He grew up in a town in Misamis Oriental called Balingasag. At an early age, he independently experienced all kinds of struggles in life. Since elementary, he had to go to school and work at the same time for his parents and siblings.

He wasn't an artist or a painter, in fact, he was an entrepreneur slash genius, greatly known as the co-founder and CEO of Apple Inc. He just knew the secret to life through that quote. In relation to that quote, today's article will be about a certain someone who is actually living the good life -- a life where she knows that what she is doing is something she loves and it is in art where she finds such happiness.

I'm back! Say hello to my first blog entry for the year 2018. It honestly feels good to write again after being on hiatus for almost half the year. God, how fast time flies. My inspiration bottle has finally been refilled and I’ve got tons to share during this somewhat of a hibernation. Remember how I’ve committed myself to taking risks this year? I definitely took a big one just last week. So, what's next after changing my hairstyle? Here are my real thoughts on this new procedure, the pros and cons and the aftermath of it all.
