Last October 25, 2014 was the date of launching of my first ever fashion line, Stylegasm by Sasa. I am truly overwhelmed by the greetings and praises from my loved ones and different people. You know what they say, "Every great dream begins with a dreamer." With a lot of inspiration and support from the best people, it's only until now that I've finally had it in myself to showcase my love for style and more importantly, to express my passion through my designs. Here's a quick overview about the line. Enjoy!
History Matters
Ever since I was a kid, my Mom always loved to dress me up. Over the years, I have developed this love for colors and mixing and matching pieces because it somehow amused me. Then, with a lot of influence from magazines, fashion shows and from people who share the same interest as mine, I thought why not make my own clothing line?
I love it when my family and friends appreciate my style. I wear what I want to wear, so I actually don't have any definite adjective that would really describe my style. It's such a great feeling for me when someone compliments it because your ideas and passion for fashion are actually being recognized. My philosophy on dressing up has never been about to impress others but to express myself.
So with a few sketches on hand, lots of inspiration from my favorite stylists and an ounce of motivation from the best people, I give you Stylegasm by Sasa.
Everything here are raw photos. So this is the APHRODITE (Php 420) which is actually inspired from Greek goddesses, hence, the name. I love how the color makes your skin appear lighter since it's in Royal Blue and the gold straps which I intended to be done in braids to add that Greek effect. It's very comfy and light to wear. You can wear it to the beach, to casual parties or even just anywhere as long as you wear it with confidence.
Personal Vision & Mission
STYLEGASM is about finding pleasure in style. It is a starting fashion line owned by Sasa Quina. It mainly focuses on individuality, not being afraid of change or undergoing transformation. It aims to empower every fashionista out there to be fearless when it comes to style and to enjoy the pleasure of dressing up no matter what size you are.
Stylegasm x Who What Wear
I guess every brand always has its own set of collections. And for my first one, it is entitled as WHO | WHAT | WEAR which involves my own personal style. The shoot was also a tough one since I multitasked from being the creative director, the stylist, the makeup artist and the co-photographer. It was a big challenge for me but I was able to get through all of it with the grace of God and with the help of my trusty friends! My boyfriend, Ton Bollozos, really did a good job with the photos and thank God he was there. My gorgeous models included Ruth Rentuma, Monique Simpao, Dimple Roa, Mai Santos and Jeremy Motoomull.
I now give you the designs of the WHO | WHAT | WEAR collection, in collaboration with BOWTIES & BUTTER, LA TACO & THE OLD BLUE BURGERS:
I have always been fond of florals ever since I don't know when, so you can never get rid of flowers when it comes to my style. The DELILAH (Php 350) is a midi skirt perfectly good for just a walk in the malls or when you just wanna chill somewhere. It's actually wearable anywhere since the length is just okay for any kind of occasion.
I'm so thankful that my models were all so natural at their task and we all helped each other during the shoot. This next style is inspired from Coachella or Tomorrowland music festivals! It's actually very hippie and chic at the same time. Check out the back details of the CANDICE (Php 380) and the details on the shorts BELLA (Php 280).
The DIVINE (Php 350) red maxi skirt epitomizes class in such a chic way. It's actually inspired from a bandage skirt and a maxi skirt all wrapped into one. This is perfect outfit to show off those curves in an elegant manner!

The boys seem to be so natural on this to be honest. I'm impressed at how they work these babies out with no fuss at all! The green one in floral print is the DANIEL (Php 300) and the one in black and white is the CHUCH (Php 300). In my own point of view, these are how I would normally want a guy to dress up -- classy and not too much. The simplicity is just right.
And now we're down to the COURTNEY (Php 420) which is one of my favorite designs from this collection because it's totally me. I love how it is in a pastel color and it androgynous! It can be worn during formal meetings and even for just a nightout. You just gotta know what to pair the designs with and you're good!
So there you have it. More of my designs are posted on the official Instagram page of Stylegasm: instagram.com/stylegasmbysasa
